THE BLOOM
Butterfly Ball is a sculptural floral arrangement inspired by a conservatory after sunset, when the garden has slipped into deeper colour and butterflies seem to appear between the flowers.
Layered in rich blues, soft lilac, warm ivory, flashes of orange, and deep botanical greens, the arrangement combines oversized gerberas, sculptural roses, hydrangea-like blooms, delicate flowering stems, abundant foliage, and hand-finished butterflies. The composition is intentionally lush and irregular, with flowers and foliage extending beyond the central arrangement to create the feeling of a garden still growing.
Large blue gerberas anchor the arrangement among deep navy and ivory blooms, while smaller flowers in lilac, peach and vivid orange weave through the foliage. Butterflies appear throughout the arrangement, resting among petals and flower centres as though they have gathered there after dark.
Handcrafted from premium cardstock and textured papers, with individually shaped petals, layered floral construction, hand-formed stems, sculptural foliage, and detailed paper butterflies throughout.
